Company photosFAQ 1. Could I get a sample before order?Sample lead time?We can provide sample for free, but need customer to pay for the freight. Normally it will need 3-5 days for sample preparing.2. Are you a trading company or factory?We have been in silk producing for more than 10 years. Dyeing and printing is our professional area. You can provide your colors or files, we can make sample for your approval in 3-5 days, then will need about 10-15 days for bulk production.3. What is your MOQ?Normally for silk fabric dyed, MOQ is 200 M per color, and there is an surcharge of $40 per color if your quantity is less than 200M. For viscose fabrics, MOQ is 1000M per color, and the surcharge will be $110 per color if your quantity is less than 1000M. For printing, the MOQ is 50M per design.4. What is your payment terms?For new customers, we only accept 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, for old customers after several orders, we can accept T/T before shipment and L/C.
